Situated on a peninsula jutting into Lake Norman, the park features a campground on the water and a swim area. The park provides private boating access and 13 miles of shoreline. It also boasts hiking trails and a 33-acre lake for fishing and more leisurely boating. The park lies ten miles south of downtown Statesville.
Open daily Nov - Feb: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Mar and Oct: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Apr, May and Sep: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.; Jun - Aug: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Park admission is free. Activity and rental fees vary, call for details.
